Ash Manor ensures that all products produced meet and exceed individual customer requirements. The process starts with the grading of cheese on arrival, which is then monitored through to the day that it leaves our premises. Products and production procedures are set to meet BRC standards, and those of all the major high street retailers.

Ash Manor offers a difference; we are flexible in the way that we operate; the range of products that we have available; and the formats to which we can produce.
